I charge a 50% cancellation fee or your deposit becomes non-refundable for any no-shows or late cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I may not be able to accommodate you and the cancellation fee will be applied. Any no-show consultations will be charged a $50 fee.
