MEET KIM Hi! I’m Kim—the hairstylist behind MELTED and co-owner of KIVELA HAIR. I’m a 22-year old stylist of 4 years based in Los Angeles, CA. My specialty is creating effortless, natural, lived-in color and modern haircuts. My passion really lies in keeping things low maintenance and elevated, so your hair still looks good weeks later and doesn’t feel like a full time job. Everything I do is customized to you: your hair, your routine, and what you realistically want to keep up with. I just want you to leave with hair that feels like you, but better. Soft, seamless, and luxurious.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 50% cancellation fee or your deposit becomes non-refundable for any no-shows or late cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I may not be able to accommodate you and the cancellation fee will be applied. Any no-shows will be charged a 100% of the service/s booked. Thank you so much for being so understanding and respectful! All services are FINAL SALE and refunds are NOT offered. I take the time during each appointment to ensure you are satisfied with your color before leaving my chair. If you later decide you would like a redo or retone due to a change in preference, a separate service must be booked and paid for.
